These Terms of Service govern your use of Mongur. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Mongur helps you turn PDFs into study materials such as summaries, flashcards, and quizzes. The service is provided on a subscription basis with plan limits.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are under the required age, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful account information.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Fraud & Misrepresentation: Any attempt at fraud or misrepresentation of your identity or location (including VPN use to bypass regional pricing) is strictly prohibited and is grounds for immediate account termination.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Use the service for personal study and learning.
  • Do not upload unlawful content or content you do not have rights to use.
  • Do not attempt to abuse limits, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Outputs are AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies or omissions. You must review and verify study materials before relying on them. Mongur is a tool to assist learning, not a substitute for your own judgment.

6. Plans, Limits, and Billing

  • Each plan includes monthly limits (pages, runs, OCR, and other features).
  • Usage counts reset on your billing cycle.
  • Plan changes take effect according to your billing settings.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel at any time. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

8. Refunds

We do not offer automatic refunds. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support and we will review the request. Refunds required by law will be honored.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. Mongur retains ownership of the service and its software. You grant Mongur the right to process your content solely to provide the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

Mongur is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post updated terms and revise the “Last updated” date.
